Reiki is a Japanese word meaning "healing" or more specifically, rei meaning "universal" or "spiritual." and ki meaning "life-force energy." Reiki can help many different ailments, both physical and mental, but its most profound effect is an almost immediate feeling of relaxation.

 

Tianne has been trained in the first degree of Reiki. Honoring the spiritual linage of Usui, Hayashi, Takata and Furumoto.
