Reflexology & Meridian Therapy

  The length of  our Reflexology treatment varies from client to client, depending on their feet and health concerns. Most treatments last anywhere from 35- 60 minutes .

Who We Are

Tenino Massage was first opened in May of 2005, when Tianne Carrigan owner, Licensed Massage Practitioner and therapeutic Reflexologist wanted to be close to her home and family, and moved her practice from Bryan Chiropractic on Yelm Highway in Olympia to Tenino. Mid September 2008 she again moved her practice and is now at

372 Sussex Ave W 

The Sandstone Salon.

Tianne has practiced reflexology for many years, and became certified by the International Academy of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy out of South Africa in 2005 She continues to work closely with the school and has been a Reflexology instructor since 2006. Tianne has been a licensed practitioner of massage since 1999 when she graduated from Seattle Massage School. After graduation she worked at a day spa near Issaquah, then relocated to Olympia and worked with a Chiropractor for 5 years with a focus on treatment massage before moving her practice to Tenino.

 Tianne has over 60 hours of classroom training in Aromatherapy and Essential Oils. Over 80 hours of instruction in Energy Work. Hundreds of other hours in Practice and many hours of continuimg education over the years. She loves to learn, grow and share her knowledge. 

She currently serves as President of the American Massage Therapy Association - Washington Chapter, and has spent many years on their board of directors.
